少しは暖かいかな‥

今日は、神奈川県の大和陸上競技場にいきました。
午前中でしたが「少し暖かい‥」ような感じでした。
練習している選手は多く、大学生・高校生と練習に励んでいました。
皆さんこの時期は「基本をしっかり！！」という練習を多くしていました。
しかし、この「基本練習」はシーズン中でも大切です。
シーズンに入ると、おろそかになりがちです。
皆さん基本を忘れず、頑張ってください。
